As a student

If you see another student struggling, try to gently bring it up or inform someone who may be able to help.
If you need help, reach out to a fellow student or teacher that may be able to support you.
If you can't find someone who can help, go somewhere private and try some self care.
If you reach out and get help don't be scared, do your best to speak up.

There is always someone to help, even if it is yourself.
